- Top salary quartile has 84.9% men and 15.1% women
- Upper middle salary quartile has 79.7% men and 20.3% women
- Lower middle salary quartile has 66.2% men and 33.8% women
- Lower salary quartile has 70.3% men and 29.7% women
The mean reflects the fact that the top three highest paid employees are male; the median reflects that there are proportionally more females in the upper middle quartile.
